Growing up in Israel of the 80’s, I found myself surrounded by music from all around the globe. I fell in love with music at a very early age and was influenced by everything from American jazz and Hollywood film scores, Eastern European classical music, to traditional Jewish music and the uniquely rich sounds and rhythms of the Middle East. 

Classically and technologically self-taught, I started my professional music career in Israel as a composer, music producer, and concert-music orchestrator for some of the best orchestras in Israel and Europe and worked on a wide variety of projects from pop music to film, theater, and opera. 

I received my formal music education from the Jerusalem Academy of Music and from USC’s Scoring for Motion Pictures and Television program. I was fortunate to be mentored by some of the great masters like Rafi Kadishson and Christopher Young who I collaborated with on a number of projects.

Since moving to Los Angeles in 2005 I’ve had the experience of composing and producing music under almost every imaginable circumstance, budget, and timeline having worked on everything from Hollywood A-list titles to smaller independent projects.

I truly love what I do, and I am always drawn to collaborators (and people in general) who are equally passionate about their craft.

Aside from my deep passion for film scoring, my other passions like photography, coffee-making, spirituality, and psychology all help to keep me happy,        balanced,       and      creatively-fueled.
